Bullying Awareness Week Kicks Off Today!

12 Nov

Today is the first day of Bullying Awareness Week and we want you to help us STAND UP! to bullying and help us spread the message that bullying is not and will not be tolerated. As girls, tweens and children across Canada, we have the power to make a difference and make a change. WE have all experienced bullying to some degree and IT’S NOT OK. Bullying can come in various forms and its important that we know how to stand up and be heard.  Various networks and organizations are showing their support of Bullying Awareness week with great campaigns and we encourage you – our readers – to get involved and participate.  This week, ThreeGirlsandaBlog.com will be sharing stories, getting involved and work to inspire kids to STAND UP! to bullying. We hope you visit our blog everyday.  In the meantime, take a look at what 7 amazing Canadian artist did to team up, raise awareness and give back.  Jacob Hoggard, Lights, Pierre Bouvier, Fefe Dobson, Kardinal Offishall, Alyssa Reid, and Walk Off The Earth have taken the classic Cyndi Lauper song True Colors and revamped it to make it their own. What an inspiring project.
